Friedemann Dupelius/Friday Dunard and Áron Birtalan are two artists with a shared interest in perspectives and practices of sound art, electronic music, analogue games, philosophy and magick. This workshop is part of an ongoing research conversation between Friedemann and Áron, on the possibilities of a ‘Sonic World-Building’. At large, the conversation wants to highlight the interdependent relationships between sounds and bodies, and to critically question the politics of world-building as understood through identity, autonomy and sovereignty.
In September he will release his new album “Rhenus Aeternus” under the Cologne label Magazine as Friday Dunard.
